I know its monday and I'm cheating a bit but with the long weekend it feels like sunday today and I was out with some friends yesterday so I didn't have time to post for the end of the week.
I'm thinking every sunday I'm going to post about how I did for my goals for the week, I plan to be 100 percent honest. Every month I'll take a look at my goals and see what needs updating/changing.
1) Keep My Living Area Clean
-I started to slip on this one as the week went by BUT it is 10 times better than It was at the start of the week. Still need to keep the habit of cleaning a little bit daily and I'll need to put more focus in this one until it becomes a habit
2) Exercise
-I got to the gym 3 times this week but didn't do as much yoga cardio training or sport specific training as I would like. Need to work on this more and focus more on this for sure. Also my diet wasn't very good and that goes hand in hand with a proper exercise routine
3) School Work
- I didn't get the assignments done that I needed to. I have 1 more to do for tomorrow then I'll be caught up. It was the holiday weekend and nobody likes to do school work over the holidays but honestly I feel like we have way to many holidays in North America (maybe not Mexico not sure Canada and US for sure). I'll get it done tomorrow and be caught up
4)Talk to one new girl a week
-I approached 2 girls at the bar. Didn't get any numbers but its a start. I feel like with that I was being more social with my actual friends this week too which is a plus.
5) Mediate
Not gonna lie completely forgot about this one. I find yoga meditative and I would count it but it wasn't even close to a daily practice defiantly need to work on this one some more.
Overall I feel like it was a pretty good week, easily a lot of room for improvement but it's a start. Going to build on it and keep pushing myself and discover myself.
