Some goals I have for myself to improve my happiness and love life
1) Keep my room/car/living area clean. I live like a slob at the moment if I brought a girl home or picked a girl up I'd be embarrassed. I figure if I give it a good cleaning (vacuum, dust, febreze etc) and just daily make sure all my laundry is put away and do small daily cleaning I should be good.
2) Gym 3x a week cardio 2x a week yoga 3x a week sport specific training 5x a week. I play football and would like to play at a university/college level so I need to be training hard. The yoga should help any muscle imbalances I have and the cardio to keep my bodyfat low. This also goes hand in hand with getting girls because I will look better. I also plan to bike to the gym when Its nice this will get me a bit extra of a workout
3) Commit to keeping up with my school work- Pretty self explanatory keeping up with school work is a must to pursue a post secondary education.
4) Talk to one new girl a week- This can mean at the club/bar or wherever I am just say hey that is all I have to do once a week, if it leads somewhere great. If I talk to more than one girl a week even better.
5) Meditate- At least 5 minutes every night before bed for now just to build a base.
This should be plenty of stuff for now. I'm not trying to build a tower right now I'm trying to lay a foundation of good habits and build my character and self from the ground up
